In order that a proper balance should be subsequently maintained it is important that when vacancies require to be filled it should be clearly stated what type of candidato is to be recruited. It is hoped that it will be possible to arrange for suitablc training courses for all officers under the scheme for Post War Training for the Colonial Service (Colonial Nɔ.198).
